Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Unopened Products: Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products.
  2. Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Refund Process: Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  5. Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
